Region – Adelaide Hills

The Adelaide Hills wine region is situated in the Mount Lofty Ranges, east of the capital city of South Australia, Adelaide. This region stretches from Eden Valley near the Barossa Valley in the north. down to the Kuitpo sub region near McLaren Vale in the south. Perrini Estate in this southern section of the ranges.

Climate

The Adelaide Hills region is cool climate, late harvest. In the southern region the gentle undulating valleys and various slope aspects mean climate variation.

Soil Type

The Adelaide Hills have predominantly grey brown or brown loamy sands and clay loams.

Perrini Estate sources select parcels of premium fruit that is also hand picked and low irrigated to fulfill their range of wines under the Perrini Estate brand.

Perrini Eatate have production facilities, currently producing 100-500 tones and with capacity to increase to 2000 tones.
